Whether you’re a firearms owner\, instructor\, parent\, teacher\, or first responder\, this course gives you the confidence and capability to act when seconds matter most. \n\nDay 1 – Pivotal Med 1: Foundations of Life-Saving CareDay one focuses on the essential principles of trauma care in both everyday and high-stress environments. Students will learn how to assess and manage life-threatening injuries using the M.A.R.C.H. protocol (Massive bleeding\, Airway\, Respiration\, Circulation\, Hypothermia/Head injury). Training includes instruction and hands-on practice with modern medical gear—such as tourniquets\, chest seals\, pressure dressings\, and airway adjuncts—while emphasizing mindset\, scene safety\, and communication. \nTopics Include: \n\n\nSituational awareness and scene safety \n\n\nThe M.A.R.C.H. assessment process \n\n\nBleeding control: tourniquets\, packing\, and pressure techniques \n\n\nAirway management and respiratory trauma \n\n\nTreating shock and preventing hypothermia \n\n\nBuilding and staging your personal medical kit \n\n\n\nDay 2 – Pivotal Med 2: Real-World Scenarios and Team ResponseDay two builds directly on the skills from Day 1\, pushing students to apply what they’ve learned in dynamic\, scenario-based exercises. Participants will respond to realistic trauma simulations designed to test decision-making\, teamwork\, and communication under stress.
