DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Pivotal Defense Minnesota Permit to Carry Course is a comprehensive training program designed for individuals seeking to obtain a Minnesota Concealed Carry Permit. This course covers all the essential knowledge and skills necessary to legally and safely carry a firearm in Minnesota. Participants will learn the legal responsibilities\, use of force laws\, and safe firearm handling techniques that are required by the state for permit issuance.\n\n\n\nThroughout the course\, experienced instructors will guide students through topics including:\n\nMinnesota Firearm Laws: An in-depth review of state laws regarding concealed carry\, prohibited locations\, and the rules for use of force.\n\nFirearm Safety: Proper handling\, storage\, and maintenance of firearms to ensure safety at all times.\n\nSituational Awareness: Recognizing potential threats and responding appropriately in real-world scenarios.\n\nDefensive Shooting Techniques: Basic skills for handling a firearm in self-defense situations.\n\nMust pass shooting qualification to receive certificate\n\nBy the end of the course\, students will be well-prepared to safely and responsibly carry a concealed firearm and apply for their Minnesota Permit to Carry. This course is open to both first-time gun owners and experienced shooters looking to refresh their skills and knowledge.\n\nImportant Notes:\n\nParticipants must meet Minnesota’s eligibility requirements and complete a background check to be eligible for a concealed carry permit.\nMinimum of 3 students must be enrolled in each class. If minimum enrollment is not met or there are thunderstorms you will be notified and rescheduled\, no refunds. We will gladly move your class to another date that works for everyone if something happens to come up and your unable to make the scheduled date.

Students will learn how to assess and manage life-threatening injuries using the M.A.R.C.H. protocol (Massive bleeding\, Airway\, Respiration\, Circulation\, Hypothermia/Head injury).
